You haven't been feeling your best. You're tired, stressed, busy. 

 

You want to prioritize your health, but it feels so overwhelming. Adjusting your diet during the holidays feels like a lost cause. And exercise? Forget it. Who has time? 

 

Here's the thing: Many of us see nutrition and fitness as all-or-nothing. You have to go all-in or you'll immediately fall "off the wagon." You have to follow a strict plan. You have to be "good" all the time. So why bother?

 

I'm here to tell you:

  1. The all-or-nothing mindset is the worst thing you can do for your health.

  2. There is no wagon to fall off.

  3. Strict diet and exercise plans exist to make you feel like a failure.

  4. There's no such thing as being "good."
     

Fitness

This is a title.

Look, I'm sick of all the "it's a lifestyle" talk, too. When someone tells you that, it's usually accompanied by a carefully curated image of their acai bowl in a pristine white kitchen. Aspirational, but also unrealistic. 

 

The truth is, most of us just want to feel better without the pressure to wake up at 5 am to meditate for an hour before work everyday (but power to you if that's your jam!). We want to learn how to nourish our bodies without eliminating things we love from our diets and logging every calorie. We want to have more energy and stamina and feel amazing in our skin without living at the gym. 

 

And we can. We can do every single one of those things if we focus on building sustainable habits designed to make us feel awesome.

I know you're thinking "sustainable habits" sounds like another way of saying "lifestyle." But I don't see it that way. To me, it's making your life exactly what you want it to be. It's giving yourself permission to find what works for YOU and makes you feel strong and awesome. It's giving yourself permission to fail, and to give up the things that don't serve you. It's giving yourself permission to add more of the things you love and forget the rest. 

 

It's designing the life you want on your terms. 

 

Don't know where to start? That's where I come in. My name is Danielle, and I am an anti-diet culture health and fitness coach here to help you discover the path to an intentional life that will make you feel strong and awesome.

 I offer meal planning guidance that focuses on including healthy options without deprivation or eliminating the things you love. This can be weight-neutral, as the focus will be on adding nutritious foods that you like and make you feel your best.
